While visiting a friend in Sedona
for 3 days, I was treated to an appointment with a local massage
therapist. It was such a pleasant experience that I booked another
visit the next day. Massage is something I generally only splurge on
once or twice a year however with Karen I could make it a regular
habit. Not only is she an excellent massage therapist, she's a

you have a remarkable gift. I believe strongly in the power of
massage, but after the Thai Yoga massage I had with you, not only my
body but my spirit as well, had a renewed sense of peace and clarity
and energy all at the same time. It is hard to put into words the
freedom my body and mind felt after your massage. The last two
years of my life have been filled with many personal demands as well
as building my business and it is so easy to lose oneself in all of
it. Thank you for sharing your gift with me. It got me back on
track with practicing yoga and my life is far less stressful. You
will always be one reason why I love my trips to Sedona!

I'm delighted to be in the energy to write to
you about my fantastic experiences of massage with you way back in
February! I hope this mail finds you well. I've often written to you
in my head over these past few months, but when near a computer that
energy hasn't been flowing till today!!
Right from my first contact with you I felt a beautiful comfort &
ease that I so appreciate. I found it so easy to express to you what
treatments I was thinking about and freely discuss my massage
needs!! And how magnificently these needs were met by you, thank
you. I laugh that I had initially wondered whether to have 2
sessions with you over my visit to Sedona and ended up coming back
for a 3rd! I found the atmosphere created by you so nurturing, open
& deep. I felt totally safe & supported through the many different
depths of emotion I was able to open to through your fantastic
skills! I relish the intensity of the feelings of joy, vitality &
freedom that my body experienced through your work, so empowering to
actually feel that energy in my body, it certainly fuelled my desire
to help my body feel that way all the time!!
Since my return to Scotland I've been doing much to help my body,
it's been my main focus to listen to it's messages...there's so much
wisdom in it!!
Thank you so much for being you, my life has been greatly lightened

Hi Karen,
Now that I am back at home in my real world, I wanted to take a moment to
thank you again from the bottom of my heart for such a wonderful
session. That sounds odd to say over a massage session, but I don’t
know if it is intended the way it came out or not, but I found the
experience very powerful both physically and spiritually. I have
never had that kind of massage experience before, but after that, I
have little desire to have any of the mainstream types anymore!
I felt a bit of a kindred spirit in you and for some reason have a need to
know that you personally are doing well and happy. I can’t stop
thinking about Zeus too! Karen, he is a wonderful gift and it was
just SO obvious that he was sent just for you. His eyes are very
wise and speak volumes J You are both such kind and deep souls.
I am hoping to come back in the fall with my husband this time and we will
definitely set up a session each with you – I want him to share in
that experience and I hope he gets even HALF as much out of it as I
did. I feel like you helped to mend my soul.
…AND….I have NEVER had relaxed trap muscles before! NEVER. My husband was
rubbing my neck for me the other day and even he noticed and
couldn’t get over how “loose” I felt. It’s a wonderful relief J
